We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced PGT Chemistry Teacher to join our coaching institute, specializing in preparing students for the prestigious NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) and JEE (Joint Entrance Examination). The ideal candidate will have a strong command over the subject, a passion for teaching, and a proven track record in coaching students for these competitive exams. You will play a key role in shaping the academic journey of aspiring medical and engineering students, helping them achieve success in NEET/JEE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching and Instruction:
• Deliver high-quality lectures in Chemistry for NEET and JEE aspirants, focusing on both theory and application.
• Explain complex concepts in a simple, understandable manner, using innovative teaching methods and resources.
• Develop and implement a structured curriculum that aligns with NEET/JEE syllabi.
• Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions, interactive discussions, and practical exercises.
• Preparation for Competitive Exams:
• Provide in-depth coaching for topics related to Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry, with special emphasis on NEET/JEE exam patterns and types of questions.
• Use problem-solving techniques and past-year question papers to help students develop exam-taking strategies.
• Design and administer regular tests, quizzes, and assignments to assess students' progress.
• Mentoring and Guidance:
• Offer academic counseling and career guidance to students, helping them navigate the pressure of competitive exams.
• Motivate students to consistently perform at their best and keep them focused on their goals.
• Track individual student performance and provide tailored study plans.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment.
• Ensure that each student has an opportunity to participate actively and clear doubts.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the NEET/JEE syllabus, exam trends, and teaching methodologies.
• Participate in professional development activities such as workshops, training sessions, and conferences.

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification:
• Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
• Experience:
• At least 3-5 years of experience in teaching Chemistry to NEET/JEE aspirants.
• Proven track record of students' success in NEET/JEE exams is highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Deep knowledge of Chemistry subjects, including Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
• Expertise in solving NEET/JEE-level questions and understanding exam patterns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for easy comprehension.
• Proficient in using modern teaching tools and technologies.
