Job Description
We are looking for a "FIELD RECRUITER" to hire delivery boys for our team. In this job, you will find candidates in different areas, interview them, and choose the best ones for our delivery team. If you are active and enjoy meeting people, this job is perfect for you.
Main Duties:
• Look for good candidates for delivery roles in local areas, call centers, or online.
• Interview candidates to check their skills and experience.
• Check documents like driving licenses and ID cards.
• Contact candidates, follow up, and offer jobs.
• Work with the team to make the hiring process smooth.
• Prepare a report on hiring progress and share it with managers.
Qualifications Needed:
• 1-2 years in recruitment or HR; experience as a field recruiter is a plus.
• Able to talk confidently with candidates from different backgrounds.
• Able to manage many candidates and schedule interviews.
• Know how to use basic software to prepare reports.
• Familiar with nearby areas to help find good candidates.
