- Handle client inquiries, appointments, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure the salon is clean, well-maintained, and adheres to all health and safety regulations.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain financial records.
- Train new staff and conduct regular performance reviews.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar role in the beauty industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
