Job Title: Male Hostel Warden

:

We are seeking a responsible and dedicated Male Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hostel, ensuring a safe, disciplined, and comfortable living environment for the residents. The ideal candidate will be a mature individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage students while maintaining discipline and order.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage the daily activities of hostel residents.

2. Enforce hostel rules and regulations to maintain discipline.

3. Ensure the safety and security of all residents.

4. Address the needs and concerns of students and provide guidance when needed.

5. Oversee hostel facilities and report maintenance issues promptly.

6. Conduct regular checks on hostel premises to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.

7. Maintain records related to attendance, grievances, and incidents.

8. Coordinate with parents, staff, and school authorities as required.

9. Be available for emergency situations, providing immediate assistance when necessary.

Requirements:

Male candidate with prior experience as a hostel warden or similar role (preferred).

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle students with care while maintaining authority.

Ready to stay on the hostel premises (accommodation will be provided).

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Knowledge of first aid is an advantage.
