We require the below mentioned positions:

1) NDT Technician - 5 to 10 candidates

We are looking to hire an experienced NDT technician to conduct rigorous NDT tests for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and calibrating testing equipment, conducting material tests, interpreting results, and generating reports on your findings.

To be successful as an NDT technician, you should have extensive experience with NTD technologies, strong attention to detail, and meticulous reporting skills. Ultimately, a top-notch NDT technician provides reliable and detailed information about structural stability leading to improved quality and safety.

NDT Technician Responsibilities:

• Traveling to clients' locations within the prescribed time
• Setting up and calibrating NDT equipment.
• Conducting rigorous tests on structures and materials using non-destructive techniques.
• Developing and instituting bespoke NTD procedures for specified products and materials during and after manufacturing.
• Identifying structural and material defects.
• Interpreting test results.
• Completing test reports, and presenting findings.
• Maintaining NTD equipment.
• Work closely with client to identify and remove obstacles

NDT Technician Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, structural engineering, or a similar field.
• Relevant NDT certification.
• 2+ years' experience as an NDT technician.
• Advanced knowledge of NDT technologies including ultrasound, infrared, and radiographic.
• Extensive experience with liquid penetration tests.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building schematics.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent report-writing skills.
• Good communication skills.

Qualification: High school diploma or B Tech ASNT Level II Certificates preferred for UT, PT,MT, PAUT, and LM

2) Eddy Current Technician - 1 Candidate

• Set-up and calibrate Eddy Current equipment
• Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable codes, specifications, and standards
• Responsible for all paperwork to be turn in a timely manner including safety forms, company required forms, customer forms, and time-sheets
• Assists in overseeing the quality assurance/quality control of the crews on same work assignment or location, and may provide customer interface for crews on same work assignment or locations
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and promote a positive customer service attitude internally and externally
• Enforce and abide the requirements of safe operation and personal safety using required Personal Protective Equipment and safe work practices
• Mentor and train coworkers assigned to you through on the job training in safe work practices, technical skills and compliance with company policy
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management
• Identify and/or escalate sales opportunities as they arise
• Gather and escalate client concerns to leadership when needed

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Required):

• A sense of urgency, good attention to detail, and follow-through
• Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks and respond to short notice work assignments
• Ability to set up and standardize equipment, conducts tests, in compliance with required specifications, standards and or customer specifications
• Be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the techniques and method in which are to be employed

• Exhibits honesty, discretion, and sound judgment

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Preferred):

• Extensive experience using the EddyFi Ectane 2 systems (ET/RFT/IRIS)
• Ability to set up and standardize equipment, conduct tests, interpret and evaluate findings in compliance with required specifications, standards and or customer specifications for Surface Eddy Current/PEC

Qualification: B Tech ASNT Level II Certificates preferred for UT, PT,MT, PAUT, and LM
