Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven NDT Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services and solutions to clients in the construction and infrastructure sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of NDT techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive NDT services within the infrastructure market.
• Client Engagement: Identify and engage potential clients, presenting our NDT services and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on NDT methods of Civil Testing, Building Material, Steel testing and their applications in material testing.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery and address client needs.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM software.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in NDT or related fields within the construction/infrastructure sector.
• Strong understanding of NDT techniques and standards (e.g., ASNT, ASTM).
• Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts in a simple and persuasive way, making them understandable to non-technical decision-makers.
• Ability to predict and track sales targets, ensuring that you meet or exceed goals through strategic planning and execution.
