pply proper agents such as cleaners, penetrants and developers, to part to prepare of testing Ensure regular maintenance of equipment Proficient in performing and conducting the specific tests of the material, part or assembly correctly Able to monitor and follow cycle time metrics for inspection/NDT to drive down turn times and cost Works closely with engineering on design and inspection issues Follows health, safety and environmental procedures and regulations Uses a comprehensive range of hand tools, measuring instruments and inspection tools Quality checks own work and completes the relevant documentation Maintains equipment and measuring tools and ensuring they are in are in calibration before each use Proficient in measuring and recording close tolerance components using standard measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges and specific measuring equipment
