Designation : NDT Engineer Location: Ankleshwar Experience: 3-5 years preferred Qualification: Mechanical Engineering Degree or Diploma NDT Level II (Compulsory) Salary Range: 2 to 4 lakhs per annum CTC To Know More about us : WWW.Galiakotwala.in Role Purpose: To conduct raw materials, stage wise and final inspection of the product in accordance with quality plan and customer requirement. To review MTC as per relevant standards To look all NDT (DP, UT & RT) & Testing (Hydro, Pneumatic & Helium Leak Test) activity. To look all the activity of IMT Equipment like Preservation, calibration etc. To qualify the welder as per standard. Responsibility : conduct stage wise and final inspection of raw materials Product as per Quality requirements. To conduct NDT (DP, UT & RT) Inspection and make reports as per standard requirement. To conduct Pressure testing (Hydro, Pneumatic & Helium Leak Test) Inspection and make report as per standard requirement. To identify non conforming products / components To conduct and assist customer and 3rd party inspection Knowledge of ASME/TEMA. Support Function: Support to other department To as and when required. Skills Required: Up-to-date knowledge of inspection, test methods and relevant standards. Up-to-date knowledge in NDT as per relevant standards. Tactful to satisfy outside inspection requirements. Basic AutoCAD Knowledge Knowledge of Welding processes Fabrication Processes Knowledge Require Good communication and training skill
