Job Duties :

- The successful candidate will manage the Asia Pacific and India Cash Management Team and be an active member of the Global Treasury Team

- Primarily this individual will oversee, manage and ensure the banking relationships, Bank accounts and credit facilities required for the regions business operations are positioned efficiently and effectively ensure all cash management processes are in place and in lined with our global cash management strategy. He or she will manage a team and oversea the daily cash operations activities.

The key responsibilities :

- Responsible for Cash Management in the region

- Manage the Bank facilities of the region, and ensuring we have the right instrument to support the local business needs.

- Working closely with the local business leaders and sales teams on financing, customer needs and financial instrument requirements.

- Cash repatriation tasks.

- Effective and daily cash positioning tasks in our Treasury Management System

- The ability to use multiple banking software to access reports and initiate and/or approve bank transactions

- Manage people in their team and support a multi-cultural team across the region.

- Work in a highly collaborative, team environment within a multi -cultural environment.

- Support other functions within the CFO organization on acquisitions, divestitures and special projects.

- Understand the NCR business in the region to support the sale force when needed.

Basic Qualifications :

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related Business discipline and additionally

post qualifications would be considered as an advantage.

- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of work experience as a treasury team leader

- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft and Oracle

- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously is required

- Accounting skills

- Proficiency in Treasury Management systems such as Kyriba will be considered an advantage.

- Proficiency in English and Cantonese will be considered an advantage.
