Position: NCLEX Tutor

Location: Coaching Institute

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NCLEX Tutor to join our coaching institute. The primary responsibility of the NCLEX Tutor will be to provide high-quality instruction to students preparing for the NCLEX exam. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching and possess strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans to effectively prepare students for the NCLEX exam
• Provide individualized instruction and support to students
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
• Collaborate with other instructors to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
• Stay current on NCLEX exam trends and updates

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate students
• Strategic planning abilities to develop comprehensive lesson plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
