- Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NCLEX Trainer to join our nursing education team. The NCLEX Trainer will be responsible for preparing nursing candidates for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) through effective teaching methods, curriculum development, and comprehensive test preparation strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, exceptional teaching skills, and a passion for helping students succeed.
- Instruction: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and review classes to prepare candidates for the NCLEX exam.
- Assessment: Develop and administer practice exams, quizzes, and other assessment tools to evaluate students\' knowledge and readiness for the NCLEX.
- Individual Support: Provide personalized guidance and support to students, addressing their specific needs and areas of improvement.
- Resource Management: Compile and provide study materials, resources, and references to assist students in their exam preparation.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze students\' progress and performance, offering feedback and strategies for improvement.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments, trends, and updates in nursing education and the NCLEX exam format.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other educators, trainers, and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive training program.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience as a registered nurse (RN) and a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or training, preferably in NCLEX preparation.
