Job Title: Navision Developer

Responsibilities:

Development and Customization:

o Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using C/AL or AL programming languages,SQL , .Net Applications and API integration

o Customize standard Navision modules to meet specific business requirements.

o Develop reports, forms, Pages, Code units ,XML Ports and workflows to enhance system functionality.

o Integrate Navision with other systems and applications (e.g., e-commerce platforms, point-of-sale systems).

o Create Extensions and Apps in D365 Business Central

System Maintenance and Support:

o Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and errors.

o Perform system upgrades and patches.

o Provide technical support to end-users.

o Monitor system performance and optimize as needed.

Data Migration and Integration:

o Migrate data from legacy systems to Navision.

o Integrate Navision with other systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Process Improvement:

o Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

o Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Documentation:

o Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.

o Develop user manuals and training materials.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Must Have +4 Years Experienceas a Navision Developer, preferably in the retail industry.

Strong proficiency in C/AL or AL programming languages and SQL report Builder.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, including its modules, functionalities, and best practices.

Experience with SQL Server, dot net and database management.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Skills: Microsoft Dynamics Navision,LS Retail, LS Central,ASP.Net,Navision Web services,SQL.
