We are looking for Candidates from Electronics Components/Semiconductor Industry OnlyThe Sales and marketing Manager position is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, B2B Sales.- Developing New Customers.- Increasing Sales with Existing Customer.- Visiting and Meeting Customers on regular basis.- MIS Report (Daily & Weekly).- Target Oriented- Follow Up with New and Existing Customers.- Pre/Post Sales Activities.- Suggest Customer regarding Replacement & Assisting New Part and provide them Basic Technical Support.- Generates strong pipeline and converts same into Revenue.- Strategies Marketing/Planning- The Sales and Marketing Executive/Manager position is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, B2B Sales.- Identify potential selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs- Regular follow up with customers on enquiries/ sales orders- Generate quotes for standard and custom lighting products- Work with application engineer team to ensure timely completion of customer request- Provide product pricing and availability information via phone and email to company representatives- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the functions, features and benefits of the company's product offering- Assists Sales with costing quotes in order to improve profitability requests- Analyse drawings and documentation in order to determine proper system functionality and costs- Manage and coordinate multiple projects at any given time- Maintain effective relationships with Regional Sales Manager in order to streamline the quoting process- Assist Reps and Outside Sales with solutions on customer application requests- Serve as a knowledge resource to assist with product specification and substitution- Maintain open communications with clients regarding the status of quote, and resolutions to any problems that may arise during the completion of transactions (ref:updazz.com)
