Job Title: Design Team Lead- Naval Architecture

Location: New Delhi

Experience: 10-15 Years

Must Have o

• Must have experience in Naval Architecture.
• Must have experience in Naval Design.
• Must have experience in 3D design tools or CAD
• Must have experience in Ships & Submarine design.



• Technical leadership role for Naval Architecture Design team to ensure compliance with Customer requirements (in quality and throughput) for all system design and layout development activities.
• Graduate Engineer with atleast 10 years of working experience in design of Ships / Submarines, with Industry experience in handling a team of engineers to achieve time-bound goals.
• Possess in-depth understanding in respective specializations of design codes/norms, calculations, analysis, systems engineering and use of 3D CAD design tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical) to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD essential.
• Excellent Oral and Written communication and managerial skills.
