Required Education/Professional Qualifications : MBA/Master\'s degree (emphasis on Human Resources, Learning & Development)
Prior Experience : 8-10 years\' experience in Learning & Development in Technology enabled organizations, consulting industry or Fintech industry.
Job Responsibilities :
Training and development :
- Interacting with all the stake holders for understanding the learning needs and driving the learning solutions.
- Creating and implementing the L&D Road Map for the different functions
- Develop & implement a robust training calendar with personalized programs to address talent development, performance gaps & strategic business imperatives.
- Strategic exercise of annual workforce Learning planning and budgeting exercise
- Ensuring 100% coverage of the targeted staff for all the trainings
- Conduct soft skill trainings whenever required for different job levels
- Identifying the low performers based on the assessments and tests and coaching them on improvement area.
- Get daily feedback of the new joiners from respective Managers and coaching the new joiners accordingly.
- Conduct training for all the functions of Accounting Dept.
- Measure the training effectiveness by various tools. Filling the gaps if necessary and reporting the same to senior management
- Leading strategic HR projects to support accelerated growth of organization
- Developing Training manual, TTT manual, Software/Product manual
Business Induction & Succession planning :
- Strongly partner with business to understand the challenges being faced and help the field to arrange the solutions for the same
- Discussion with business leaders, introducing new initiative related to performance enhancement and executing the defined actions as per training needs.
- Identify the talent pool from total population and their succession planning .
- Regular monitoring learning & development projects. Submitting their progress report to the hierarchy.
- Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning, skills assessment, talent classification, training needs, career progressions etc
Operating Network :
Internal : BU Head, HR Team Members, Business Leaders, Cross BU HR Teams, Corporate HR teams- COE, Transformation & Development, Talent Acquisition.
- Reporting -SVP Human Resources.

- The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with employees and business.
- Experience in work activity, process maps, and process manuals. Additional experience in organization design will be preferable.
- Understand the solution design (including functional design incorporating user requirements and business solutions to meet business needs).
- Passionate about people development, strong communicator, highly energetic with ability to influence & persuade others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills High level of proficiency in networking & connecting internally and externally.
