- Devising strategies to enhance market share, meet revenue targets and ensure margin protection at chain and regional levels.

- Implementing a successful BTL visibility campaign resulting in increase in market share for the company\'s products, contributing to revenue growth and brand visibility.

- Planning & executing consumer promos for maximizing growth and margin expansion - Develop unique chain level plans for each brand

- Leading NPD launches in existing and new categories

- Increasing market share (MS) of various products - pursue premiumization and flanker brand strategy to gain MS

- Working with top sellers to improve strategic & operational aspects of their business and in providing a great consumer experience

- Analyzing the business by conducting deep dive analysis & providing routine executive-level reporting on the category\'s current trends and future opportunities to leadership, brands, KAMs and customers
