Principal Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Conceptualise and drive impactful and authentic trade marketing campaigns that connect emotionally with the customers and align with overall brand and business strategy
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify channel and consumer needs and create programs that drive sales growth
- Build capabilities of sales teams to execute the campaigns successfully
- Manage budgets for trade marketing initiatives
- Develop metrics and track the impact of trade marketing campaigns
Pricing and Promotions
- Negotiate pricing with vendors in collobration with procurement team to ensure collaterals,materials are supplied at the best possible price while maintaining consistent quality and company branding norms
- Develop trade marketing campaigns and promotional strategies based on product features and target markets.
Vendor Relationships:
- Manage the companys relationship with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor inventory levels.
- Collaborate with advertising agencies to ensure all materials meet company standards.
Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in Trade Marketing role in mid- to large-scale organizations of repute
- Strong understanding of business commercials and marketing concepts
