National Technical Manager - (Working Capital Builder Funding)

Our client is a renowned small finance bank and a Fortune India 500 industry player.

Summary:

- The National Technical Manager is a leader managing a team of Real Estate Appraisers involved in conducting formal appraisals of commercial and corporate real estate, builder funding and APF.

- The team is entrusted to evaluate properties, establish market values, and provide credible reports on appraisal data in line with the funding sought.

- The person possesses advanced knowledge of emerging real estate trends and incisive intelligence on industry/state regulations and city wise nuances.

Brief Role Description:

Technical Valuation Analysis:

- Evaluate technical worthiness , supervise technical due diligence and risk assessment of real estate projects with focus on Working Capital Funding and

- Risk Assessment: Assessment of Corporate/Commercial Real Estate Working Capital finance proposals and highlighting risks and possible mitigants to the credit committee/ appropriate authority.

- Market Intelligence: Update the management and various stakeholders on micro and macro real estate market scenarios, changes in regulations and the likely impact as well trends in micro markets where the company sources business from.

- Quality Standards: Establish quality and process standards for business development, ensuring training of staff such that good business is sourced.
