ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive national sales growth.
o Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for
improvement.
Team Leadership:
o Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
o Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives.
Market Analysis & Planning:
o Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and
competitive landscape.
o Develop and execute sales plans based on market analysis and business
objectives.
Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
o Address customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure high customer
satisfaction.
Sales Operations:
o Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and
reporting.
o Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and performance.
Budget & Resource Management:
o Manage sales budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Collaboration & Communication:
o Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales
strategies with business goals.
o Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales
performance and market conditions.
WORK ROUTINES & REPORTS:
Weekly:
Weekly sales performance review with the sales team.
Weekly status report to the Deputy MD/MD.
Monthly:
Monthly sales forecast and target setting.
