ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Sales Strategy & Execution:o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive national sales growth.o Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas forimprovement.Team Leadership:o Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.o Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives.Market Analysis & Planning:o Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, andcompetitive landscape.o Develop and execute sales plans based on market analysis and businessobjectives.Customer Relationship Management:o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.o Address customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure high customersatisfaction.Sales Operations:o Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, andreporting.o Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and performance.Budget & Resource Management:o Manage sales budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.Collaboration & Communication:o Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to align salesstrategies with business goals.o Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on salesperformance and market conditions.WORK ROUTINES & REPORTS:Weekly:Weekly sales performance review with the sales team.Weekly status report to the Deputy MD/MD.Monthly:Monthly sales forecast and target setting.
