JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Skills

  • Ability to lead sales team and managing distributors
  • Establishing strong KOL connect.
  • Manage complex teams / business situation
  • Entrepreneurial and strong ownership
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate with an ability to understand therapy areas of Cardiology and Cardio surgery business

Experience:
  • 10+ years in Sales management role;
  • Experiences in developing markets of new technology / therapy and people management.
  • Must have prior sales and key account management experiences
  • With experience in educating and training physicians in new technologies, implants and patients\xe2\x80\x99 management systems would be preferred.
  • Have a sound understanding of, and comply with Abbott Code of Business and Company Compliance requirements
