Achieve sales targets for the division2. Ensure e- ective execution of Marketing strategies and campaigns as defined3. Conduct monthly and quarterly sales reviews to identify region/territory specific issues and devise plan to address them4. Monitor the growth parameters like increase in prescriber base, territory wise performance, etc.5. Identify weak territories/regions take corrective measures to ensure performance and growth.6. Drive the implementation of co.\'s norms of customer coverage and sales hygiene parameters like expiry products, sales returns and payments realizations.7. Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and have close interaction with them for business and strategic purpose.8. Coach and mentor, provide challenging assignments and create future leaders at each level.Educational Qualification - Graduate degree in Pharma. MBA would be an advantageExperience - Total experience - 15+ years in the industry. Should be currently working as an NSM in Critical Care/Hospital division of a reputed companyFunctional & Behavioural Skills :a. Strong orientation for achieving targetsb.
