Understand and drive the organization's long-term strategy in India and provide leadership for all Sales activities across Original Equipment and Service including Parts, LCM and Rebuilds to meet customer and business needs.

Share the full P&L accountability for India including bookings, sales, and gross margin for all product & service sales in a matrix relationship with the India product team and global product directors.
3.
Provide strategic leadership to the India sales team to guide all regional sales and customer life-cycle activities from market & business development to contract negotiation & execution to flawless start-up & customer issue resolution.
4.
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team capable or working within a matrix across highly complex cross-regional projects.
