Job Title: Sales Head - India

Location: Noida

Exp.: Min 10 years.

Industry: Manufacturing (Pocket Air Fresheners in Gel and Powder format)

We proudly claim to be the best in the Gel air freshener category. We serve both domestic and international markets, offering private-label manufacturing services with various fragrances. We are associated with major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Jio Mart, and Grofers, and collaborate with prominent retailers such as Reliance Retail and Vishal Megamart. The brands we have served are Pour Home, Paradise, PSR, Airoma, Oroma, Soft Vibes, Prabhu Sriram, Dev Darshan, and many more.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head for India to drive our sales strategy, expand our market presence, and manage key relationships with clients and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy Development: - Define and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Indian market, in alignment with overall business goals.

- Business Development: - Identify new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets, focusing on expanding partnerships with FMCG, Pharma, e-commerce platforms, and private label brands. who has only B2B business experience candidates only can apply.

- Client Relationship Management: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including e-commerce platforms, retail chains, and brands, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Market Expansion: - Drive market penetration by expanding the customer base and introducing JRV's product offerings to new markets.

- Team Leadership: - Lead and mentor the sales team, setting performance targets and ensuring they meet or exceed sales objectives.

- Product Development Collaboration: - Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to tailor products and promotional strategies according to client needs and market trends.

- Forecasting & Reporting: - Provide accurate sales forecasting, performance analysis, and reports to senior management to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

- Competitive Analysis: -Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Experience: - Minimum 8 years of sales experience in Home/ Air Care/ Fragrance, an OEM of Home/ Air Care, related industries, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. who has only B2B business experience candidates only can apply.

- Industry Knowledge: - Familiarity with the air freshener, home care, or air care industry is a must.

- Skills: - Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-level client relationships.

- Analytical Mindset: - Ability to analyze market data, forecast trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities.

- Flexibility: - Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and manage business operations.
