• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to drive results and foster a high-performance culture
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships at the national level
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competitive landscape
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies
• Provide regular sales forecasting and performance reports to the management team

• Proven experience as a National Sales Head or similar role in the HR Consulting industry
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing a sales team towards meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Ability to travel nationally as required
