As a National Parts Manager-EV, you\'ll be a part of EMBU and will report to Lead-Cutomer Service

A purpose driven role for you

National Parts Manager has to be responsible for commercialization of After Sales opportunities in Spare Parts, Accessories, and Merchandise. S/he should be an expart in Parts supply chain and has to have
considerable experience handling accessories/merchandise etc. Planning, Forecasting, Pricing, Design, Development of Spare Parts, Accessories and Merchandise should form core of the capabilities. Warehouse
management of these parts and upkeep/sale of the same in Field Sales & Service are of crucial importance. Also responsible would be for warranty, supply chain logistics for Electric Mobility Business Unit.
The position will involve alignment with Product Planning, Sales, After Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and R&D. Hunger to find new revenue stream vide innovation is vital apart from solid integrity.

C - Cost: Reduce the losses for Company and improve the business opportunity
D - Delivery: Response to be quick for customer by ensuring fast supply of parts through intervention when Spares dept.

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.E. / B.Tech. with 5 Years + Work Experience In Automobile/EV After sale
and Service (2-wheeler, 4-wheeler)

Technical Skills/Knowledge

SAP knowledge for rigorous implementation of tech. &
systems around it

Behavioural Skills

Ability to interact; people management: Distributors, Sales Channel, & Dealers Communication Skill & Team Work
