Defining data architecture that will cater overall Business requirement. Create pool of developers with tech skills (AZURE- ADF, Functions, Cosmos, Postgre) Making sure capacity is being utilized fully. Arranging training programs for team to keep them updated.
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Duties and Responsibilities - Training resources on various technical skills which are required for developer. Transforming BYTE resources into asset by assigning them dummy requests and evaluate them on the basis of same. Set up process to accept tasks from PMO unit and deliver them in development area. Publishing report on capacity utilization and cost saving.
- Key Decisions / Dimensions - Finalising Technical architecture And getting it approved.
- Major Challenges - Large Pool of fresher and training freshers on tech skills and most importantly company culture.
- a) Qualifications Educational - Graduate. Preferred engineer. Must be currently hands-on - SQL , RDBMS concepts, ETL, AZURE tech stack Languages: SQL Strong sense of Domain and data pertaining to problem Working in agile delivery models Mandatory Technical Skills (Hands - on required) o Data Warehousing (such as Microsoft Azure DW) o SQL o Microsoft Office b) Work Experience 8 years of core interactions with Business stakeholders for business requirement Mandatory work experience in delivery of EDW
