Job Description
Join us as a National Key Account Manager where you\'ll manage key accounts, foster relationships, and drive sales growth in the sector managing a team.
- Develop and implement effective account plans to drive sales growth and profitability for Ecommerce & Modern Trade
- Manage all aspects of the relationship with key pharmaceutical accounts
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure targets are met
- Identify new business opportunities within the Life Science industry
- Regularly report on sales performance and market trends
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operation and customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
- Minimum of 7 years of overall experience in Ecommerce & Modern Trade Key Account Management
- Open to Gurgaon as a location
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or relevant role in the FMCG/FMCD
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
