• Sales & Marketing activities pan India
• Developing Strategic Plans for growth of the business in the Country
• Lead, Motivate & manage the Sales team
• Develop Possible business models ( Channels)
• Set Sales targets - Region wise and National level
• Make monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans
• Other roles assigned by the Company
At least 5 years in a Managerial role, handling teams at National level Review of ISO related documents. of Aluminium profiles
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / MBA/ Marketing Specialization
