Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables.Zero LWC, FATAL & Fire Incident cases maintain.2.Incident investigation & closure in case of incident.3. Effectively UA, UC & NM reporting through team members4. Closure of Safety Audit PP within SLA/ Safety audit5. Providing Safety Training to atleast 30 % of manpower directly & Rest 70% indirectly.6. Buliding Safety culture among all employees through awareness drive.7. Handling customer escalation effectively.8.. Value addition to Business NVM.9. PPE Quality Check & Model Finalization.10. Approve provisional safety budget & Maintain Inventory. Ensure recovery as per process.11. Review Circle HSEF Team to maintain good HSEF Rank as well as timely KPI Sign-offExperience12+ years of Circle HSEF Lead experience + Minimum 7 years experience of Business HeadIndustry PreferredQualificationsGraduation in Engineering + Post Graduate in Industrial Safety + NEBOSH QualifiedGeneral Requirements1. Proven experience as a HSEF Lead in a Large organisation for atleast 8 years. Which includes both Industrial Safety as well as Telecommunication Operation Safety
2. Lead atleast a team of 30 members for 10 Years
3. Proved himself as a succesfull business head for atleast 7 years.
4. Ability to innovate new ideas quickly, take decision in critical moment, implement management decision effectively
5. Good knowledge of overall Telecommunication O&M activities
