Job Description

Build and drive partnerships with real estate builders and developers, You will oversee the onboarding process of real estate partners, facilitate APF (Approved Project Financing), and ensure that the right services are provided throughout the customer\'s home loan journey.

• Builder & Developer Collaboration: Manage multiple builder and real estate developer relationships to facilitate home loans
• Onboarding & Partnerships: Scout and onboard real estate builders and channel partners for home loans and mortgage servicing alliances. Facilitate smooth onboarding by reducing the TAT and providing necessary support and training.
• APF Facilitation: Plan and execute key initiatives such as APF (Approved Project Financing), builder mandates, and builder-specific financier subvention grids in coordination with the financier alliance team.
• Lead Generation & Service Management: Collaborate with builders and channel partners to generate bulk leads. Ensure the right set of services is provided throughout the loan application process, ensuring a seamless experience for both partners and customers.
• Relationship Expansion: Expand relationships with existing customers and partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Conduct engagement activities across the builder and channel partner segments.

• Strong experience in managing relationships with real estate builders, developers, and channel partners.
• Expertise in the home loan and mortgage sector, particularly in APF facilitation, builder mandates, and lead generation.
• Proven ability to onboard, train, and support builders and channel partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze and optimize lead generation and fulfillment processes.
• Experience in escalation management and maintaining service quality for partners and customers.
