Relocation Assistance Available: YesStrategic Planning & Execution:Develop and implement distribution strategies to ensure seamless product delivery to all regions within the country.Optimize distribution networks to ensure product availability while reducing costs and improving service levels.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align distribution plans with demand forecasts and promotional activities.Distribution Network Management:Oversee a nationwide network of distributors, ensuring all processes align with Goodyear's operational goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new distributors to drive business growth and operational efficiency.Negotiate contracts and terms with distribution partners to ensure favorable agreements that support business objectives.Operational Excellence:Monitor the performance of the distribution network, including logistics efficiency, delivery timelines, and inventory management.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce supply chain disruptions.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Goodyear's internal policies.Performance Tracking & Reporting:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution, such as on-time delivery rates, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.Provide regular reports on distribution performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.Budget & Cost Management:Manage the national distribution budget, ensuring cost control while maintaining service levels.Identify cost-saving opportunities in transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (Master's degree preferred).15+ years of experience in sales & distribution, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Proven track record in managing a national or regional distribution network in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to implement data-driven solutions.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Goodyear is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
