Job Title: Time & Attendance Data Integration Specialist BASIC FUNCTION Responsible for Integration of ADP Time & Attendance Product (EeTime/Kronos WFC) with ADP?s Next Gen HCM & Payroll Products. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Discuss with client/project teams to elicit and gather the Technical and Business requirements for implementing the Kronos WFC (ADP EeTime) modules and Interfaces Create technical specification from business requirements Work on development, testing and deployment of Kronos interfaces based on the Business and Technical Requirements Configuration of Kronos Setup data items based on the Business? requirements Research application questions by setting up scenarios and testing the application. Analyze the configuration and think out of the box to resolve (or provide work around) set up issues. Work on creating tools/scripts/queries to extract data from the Kronos system as per the requirements Closely work with clients/onshore partners on requirements clarification, testing and closure. Develop and document best practices. Provide training for the customer support team Ensure high quality and timely completion of deliverables SKILL / COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS Good Business Analysis Skills ? Ability to elicit requirements from the clients and analyze them Sound knowledge of SQL and RDBMS concepts Experience on Kronos WFC (Workforce Central) 6.2 or later including Timekeeper, WIM, Reports and Process Manager preferred Good functional knowledge of Time & Labor and Payroll domain Experience with Crystal Reports or similar reporting package is preferred Knowledge on MS-Excel / MS-Access Communication: Possess excellent communication skills to clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
