- Directly engage with farmers to understand their needs and preferences, coordinating
with distributors and retailers accordingly.
- Conduct market research to gather feedback and insights for product enhancement.
- Engage with farmers and dealers on a daily basis, addressing queries and providing
support.
- Generate demand for organic fertilizer among farmers through effective
communication and demonstration.
- Organize and execute sales promotional activities such as farmers' meetings and field
demonstrations.
- Ensure timely payment collection and clearance of outstanding dues.
- Share information and educate stakeholders on various schemes and products.
- Provide daily reports on sales activities to top management.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in sales and marketing of organic, bio-fertilizers, and bulk fertilizers.
- Knowledge of seasonal crop patterns and agricultural practices.
- Strong coordination and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with logistics related to handling bulk fertilizers.
