Job Title: MySQL Database Administrator (DBA)
Experience: Minimum 1 year

We are seeking a MySQL DBA with at least 1 year of experience, specifically with expertise in AWS RDS, to manage, configure, and optimize MySQL databases in a cloud environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining database performance, security, availability, and backup processes using AWS RDS.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize MySQL databases on AWS RDS.
• Set up, configure, and maintain RDS instances.
• Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply best practices.
• Implement and automate backups, disaster recovery, and replication strategies.
• Ensure database security and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless database integration with applications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a MySQL DBA, with hands-on experience with AWS RDS.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL database architecture, replication, and performance optimization.
• Experience managing and optimizing databases in AWS RDS environments.
• Familiarity with AWS services like EC2, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• Experience with database backup, recovery, and monitoring tools.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?331,383.85 - ?501,518.47 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
