:The MyHUB HR Change & Control Manager has 3 main spans of control:
Advocate for the platform and foster a continuous improvement approach for opportunities to improve HR elements of MyHUB (ServiceNow) with HR Operations teams, Global Process Owners, and Global Process Business Analysts,
Technically advise above collaborators when bringing together requirements to ensure developments are fit for purpose and assembled/delivered in a standardised, controlled way, according to standard process and internal design principles,
Be fully knowledgeable about and act as a guardian for MyHUB (ServiceNow) integrations that impact HR, keeping other stakeholders aware of impacts.
As the MyHUB HR Change & Control Manager you will be accountable for providing advice on the out-of-the-box capabilities of MyHUB (ServiceNow) that could be beneficial to HR, co-ordinating delivery of HR improvements to the platform via internal developer resource and safeguarding the integration landscape that impacts HR processes.
Stay up to date with new features and functionality of ServiceNow that would optimise efficiency, improve employee experience, or add value to HR processes.
Be knowledgeable about the holistic technical and process landscape of MyHUB, and how Diageo utilises elements to enable HR processes.
Proactively engage Global Process Owners and HR Operations teams to advocate utilisation of MyHUB with a goal of improving holistic employee experience.
Be a strong steer, guiding stakeholders how to best adopt and use existing functionality, embedding best practice principles in stakeholder leadership.
Establish and maintain a standardised way to gather business and functional requirements from Global Process Owners and HR Operations teams.
Co-ordinate and drive the delivery of MyHUB HR changes with D&T (Design & Technology / IT) developer resource and break-fix support teams.
Partner with the MyHUB HR & PE Capability Lead, and MyHUB HR Service Delivery Specialist, to ensure accurate documentation is created or maintained for all MyHUB HR changes.
Establish and maintain a standardised way to communicate MyHUB HR changes to impacted stakeholders, and where needed, to employee or manager populations.
Partner with the Process Excellence Capability Assistant Manager, to organise training material creation or maintenance due to MyHUB HR changes.
Establish yourself as the guardian and expert for integrations incoming or outgoing with MyHUB that impact HR processes.
Develop strong relationships with D&T stakeholders: the ServiceNow Platform Owner, the ServiceNow Admin/Break-fix Support Lead, the ServiceNow Senior Developer, and the HR Solution Owner.
Have regular meetings with D&T stakeholders to highlight potential challenges and opportunities, to drive accountability, and to expedite solution thinking.
Display an understanding of basic system architecture principles.
Be a strong communicator, able to successfully engage and influence stakeholders at different levels of understanding to achieve progress.
Be confident operating within a fast-paced environment, able to drive conversation quickly across multiple teams.
Understand and operate design thinking methodology, project management/planning, and compliance by design.
