Principal responsibilities :1- To plan, build and execute most cost effective & scalable channel and digital customer acquisition strategy for the credit card and personal loan business.2- To motivate, guide, train & mentor sales team for delivery of their expected performance. Sourcing and on-boarding new channels, Connectors etc. and thereby increasing penetration in the area allocated.3- Maintaining positive business relationships with Channel Partners and Partner Bank teams.4- Training and supporting channel partners on a regular basis to ensure maximum productivity.5- Ensure timely completion of applications and relevant documents sourced, by promptly coordinating with channel partners and customers.6- Achieve targets assigned as per the work profile and geography7- Promote and Sell/Cross Sell products/services using in depth product knowledge. Expedite the resolution to the problems or complaints to maximize customer/channel partner satisfaction.8- Coordinate with Bank and In-House teams to accelerate the work process.9- Maintain & timely Update of the records as per the task assigned.
