The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the influencer marketing industry, as well as a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients.Responsibilities :- Candidate should be experienced with B2B sales , preferably in Advertising/Marketing/Service based Industry- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including influencers, agencies, and brands.- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to enter new markets.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as marketing and operations) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.- Analyze data and metrics to continuously improve sales performance and drive business results.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.- Minimum experience of 3 years in the field of B2B Sales and Marketing is required.- Edu Tech Candidates are not preferred.Key Result Areas (KRAs) :- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients- Identify and enter to new markets- Increase customer satisfaction (measured by customer feedback surveys).
