\xe2\x80\x8bThis Digital Leadership role is charged with ownership and delivery of Digital capabilities as an extension of our Manufacturing Value Team based in India in close partnership with our existing Product lines in Manufacturing Value Team.

\xe2\x80\x8b

\xe2\x80\x8bThe leader will lead a team of individuals responsible for creating and delivering value enablers, technology innovation, full life-cycle execution, as an extension to the following area\'s:

\xe2\x80\x8bProduction Execution, Process Control, Product Optimization, Maintenance, Engineering and EH&S and Packaging.

\xe2\x80\x8b

\xe2\x80\x8bThis role is directly reporting into the Production Execution Product line leader and will work closely with Product leads across Manufacturing Value team to take demand and manage delivery of defined scope.

\xe2\x80\x8bA partial list of responsibilities includes the following:

  • \xe2\x80\x8bStand up capabilities and high performing agile team in India hub as necessary to support demand from Product Teams.
  • Lead local team and establish integrated planning and roadmap of all demand to ensure effective delivery.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bDrive and provide oversight for the implementation of technical deliverables and projects while ensuring effective alignment with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s mission and the program\xe2\x80\x99s goals.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bMaximize value and optimize total cost of installed base, including Sustainment.

\xe2\x80\x8bEducation Minimum Requirement:

\xe2\x80\x8bBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related study

\xe2\x80\x8b

\xe2\x80\x8bRequired Experience and Skills:
  • \xe2\x80\x8bWorking knowledge of leading hub based operations in the technical domain. This includes the design, build, implementation, and sustainment of enterprise Manufacturing solutions based on related technology platforms.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bUnderstanding of the key skills that support the digitization of core Biopharma Manufacturing including end-to-end business processes and value streams across Plant production.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bWorking knowledge of integrated standard Manufacturing ISA S95 Technology Stack including experience with digital shop floor technologies such as Werum MES, Process Control Systems ( DeltaV, Rockwell, Siemens ), Data Historians (OSI PI), and Warehouse Management.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bPartner with Manufacturing Value Team to drive consistent value realization processes, outcomes and metrics
  • \xe2\x80\x8bDirectly manage local team including performance and career management.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bTeam leadership across technology and business domains
  • \xe2\x80\x8bDemonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders and navigate across conflicting priorities to balance critical tactical and strategic needs.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bStrong quantitative skills and the ability to use data and metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement, using lean manufacturing principles
  • \xe2\x80\x8bProven track record of building high performing diverse teams. Proven ability to select top talent and create a productive environment that promotes initiative, innovation, continual learning, and development of talent
  • \xe2\x80\x8b10-15 years delivery of technology solutions and services.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bUnderstanding of Information and Operations Technology systems that support Manufacturing, including shop floor.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bDemonstrated experience managing Technology Programs: Key responsibilities in Program & portfolio delivery, financial management, Vendor Relationships, Staffing and solution selections.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bManage and deliver Technology projects in regulated industry- GMP, GCP, GXP, following SDLC.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bStrategic thinker, with demonstrated ability to work in a broad and top-down manner.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bResults-orientation with the proven ability and reputation for developing plans and implementing them successfully.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bDemonstrated ability to collaborate, communicate, supervise, and coach across cultures, organizational levels and disciplines.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bOutstanding written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 able to effectively communicate complex concepts in simple ways.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bDemonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with a variety of audiences and stakeholders including executive management, business leaders, peers, and colleagues worldwide.

\xe2\x80\x8bPrior experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
