Sales Executive
RoleOverview:
As a Mutual Funds Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in promoting and upselling mutual fund products to Retail and High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and building lasting client relationships. A proactive approach to generating new leads through client referrals, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent service is essential. Must have a passion for investment solutions, strong sales skills, and experience in the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Upsell mutual fund products to assigned Retail and HNI clients.
• Acquire and service HNI customers, ensuring personalized service and satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing tailored financial products that meet their specific needs.
• Profile clients to offer investment planning and advice based on individual financial goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships both internally and externally.
• Sales & Revenue Target Achievement:
• Achieve or exceed business targets across product categories, focusing on client relationship enhancement and upselling.
• Meet sales and revenue objectives by understanding customer needs and cross-selling relevant products.
• Conduct market research to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Lead Generation & Database Management:
• Generate new leads through referrals to expand the clientele.
• Pre-screen prospective clients in line with organizational standards.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups and maintain client logins and disbursements.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Adhere to all compliance standards, including regulatory and audit requirements, ensuring ethical and compliant interactions with clients.
Qualifications:
• MBA, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, ideally in the financial or investment sector.
• Strong knowledge of mutual funds, investment products, and financial planning.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage remote responsibilities.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
