1. Sound knowledge of markets and various financial products with the ability to present product briefings to the bank channel sales representatives.
2. Maintain discipline of daily call routines and tracking of the business meetings.
3. Increasing market share and broad-basing the business in the assigned markets by identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with new and existing branches in the respective location.
4. High customer orientation with good communication & influencing skills to interact with TLs/ Cluster Heads and bank representatives and other key stakeholders in the banking channel.
5. Product and process knowledge to understand how banking channels use AMC solutions to drive their business objectives.
6. Regularly keep updated on various functional initiatives.
7. Adherence to companies' (AMC) norms, and values while servicing clients
