- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the IB Music curriculum

- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate music with other subjects and school events
- Develop and lead school music ensembles, concerts, and performances
- Stay updated on best practices in music education and IB curriculum developmentsRequirements:- Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in Music Education or related field
- Experience teaching IB Music curriculum (or willingness to learn)
- Strong knowledge of music theory, history, and performance practices
- Excellent teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels
- Proficiency in music technology and software (e.g., Logic Pro, GarageBand)
- Familiarity with IB assessment and evaluation methodsPreferred Qualifications:- Experience teaching in an international school setting
- Knowledge of multiple languages
- Performance experience as a musician
