Job Description

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging music and dance lessons that cater to a diverse student body.
• Develop curriculum and instructional materials aligned with the academy's educational standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
• Organize and lead school performances, concerts, and recitals.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate music and dance into the broader school curriculum.
• Maintain classroom instruments, dance equipment, and other resources.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Music, Dance, Performing Arts, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in teaching music and dance to students at various levels.
• Proficiency in one or more musical instruments and various dance styles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
