Lead and manage the design and implementation of Murex Front Office solutions covering Migrations, trading workflows, pre-trade risk management, market data integration, and trade capture.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand trading requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Murex platform.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Front Office development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles.
Oversee the configuration and customization of Murex Front Office modules, including setup of products, curves, and pricing models.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability of Murex Front Office applications.
Work collaboratively with other IT teams and vendors to integrate Murex Front Office with downstream systems and external data sources.
Manage end-to-end delivery of Front Office projects, from requirements gathering and analysis to implementation and post-implementation support.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of complex issues within the Murex Front Office environment.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Murex technology, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization
What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven experience as a Murex Front Office Lead or similar role in a financial institution or consulting firm
10+ years of experience
In-depth knowledge of Murex Front Office modules, including Murex 3.1 or higher versions
Strong understanding of trading workflows, derivatives pricing, risk management, and market data concepts
Exposure to Murex Datamart, Simulation Views, MxML Exchange, and Murex reporting tools
Hands-on experience with Murex configuration, customization, and scripting languages (e.g., MxML, Murex Scripting Language)
Familiarity with Murex integration tools and APIs for interfacing with external systems and data sources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, traders, and IT teams
Solid understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and trading instruments (e.g., fixed income, equities, foreign exchange, derivatives)
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus
Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, or related field
