Key Responsibilities : ( Academics)
Content Creation: Create well-researched, informative, and engaging content including Word files, Excel files and PPT's for Web and Academics.
Research: Conduct in-depth research to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Visuals: Collaborate with our design team to incorporate visuals, diagrams, and infographics to enhance social and academic content quality.
Editing: Proofread and edit content to maintain a high standard of grammar, clarity, and coherence.
Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts and other team members to ensure content aligns with alloted goals and objectives.
MS Office Proficiency: Utilizing Microsoft Office tools for document /content creation, editing, and collaborative work.

Administrative Duties and Business Analysis:
o Engage with our online students, promptly addressing their inquiries and providing essential support. Foster a student-centric mindset in all interactions.
o Conducting competitive analysis to identify trending topics.
o Brainstorming creative strategies with the team to drive growth and establish a stronger market presence via analysis of Competitors and detailed study of various areas
o Analyzing and reporting on digital marketing campaigns to develop better strategies.

CONTENT CREATION and SOCIAL Media
Content Creation: Developing compelling and informative content for various social platforms, including telegram groups, Pinterest, websites and blogs.
Social Media Handling: Managing and curating engaging content for our social media platforms to connect with our target audience effectively.
Graphic Digital Creation: Creating / searching visually appealing graphics and design assets to enhance the visual aspect of our content.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should have:
Qualifications:
• Degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and writing style.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
