Multiple Disciplinary Co Ordinator
Job Description
Works with Senior engineers and project engineers to communicate, problem-solve, and update models for coordination and design issues. Understands the implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions Managing the CAD / BIM team of a Minimum of 10. Develops accurate 2D drawings from project BIMs, including sheet management tasks, annotations, dimensions, notes, and visibility settings. Follow BIM content standards and development procedures. Receives little instruction on daily work and general instructions on new assignments. Adhere to the BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria. Ensure all Deliveries should be with Proper QA/QC. Handle and coordinate with Multiple Business Units, For Example, civil, Structure, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical Plumbing teams Etc. Design, Assistance to the Owner, Project management and Construction Qualification B-Tech / Diploma- CIVIL Experience 4 to 6 years of Multi-Disciplinary Coordinator experience in Metro / Buildings Projects. Knowledge of Auto-Desk, Bentley, CDE) is compulsory. Familiarity IS)19650 / BIM Forum codes of practices. Must have strong time-management skills and maintain focus and discipline. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, the Internet and computer aptitude.
