Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Multimedia and Production Specialist to support our pre and post video production activities, as well as our shooting work. The Multimedia and Production Specialist would be in charge of seeing video projects through from concept development to post-production & delivery. It is a hands on work where one is needed to take up the project on their own from scratch to the final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to and work with the Production Manager on day-to-day operations of the video department.
• Conduct the pre-production (scripting, planning, arranging logistics), on-site production activities (setup, direction and shooting) and excellent post production (editing, motion graphics, vfx, designing) for celebrity videos.
• Deliver high quality products on time and within the specified budget. The viewer of the final product must come back to work with you again and again with a higher expectation.
• Anticipate and respond to needs and requests from celebrities and clients for a smooth functioning of the entire project.
• Supervise additional staff during video production. Troubleshooter of all sorts is the game at any step of the entire process.
• Ensure strict adherence to the schedule at each step.
• Identify best practices for production and evolve daily operations as necessary through journaling, discussion and a feedback loop.
• Manage and archive the assets appropriately so that it can be readily obtained and utilised by other members of the team with ease.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. A strong CV that displays a multitude of work especially in the advertising/shorts/startup segment is a plus.
• Hands on knowledge and experience of shooting and editing the videos. Must be able to integrate motion graphics and VFX seamlessly to create a composition that looks wow!
• Demonstrated skill with video editing softwares, specifically proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge and experience of other supporting softwares is a plus. • Extensive knowledge of video production equipment (camera, lights, sound).
• Experience of working and interacting with celebrities or influencers is a plus. Understanding their style and creating a relevant storyline, script and storyboard that rings well with both the celebrity and client.
• Excellent organization, planning and communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needs.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet the deadlines. A YES me person who can deliver what is required, ready to go the extra mile to deliver the best possible outcome.
• Ability to carry, set up and operate various equipment (up to 25 lbs) on your own.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and potentially holidays as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,300,000.00 per year
