Multilingual Sales Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Multilingual Sales Representative at our prestigious hotel. This role involves handling inquiries over the phone and converting them into reservations, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Provide information about hotel services, room availability, and rates.
• Assist customers in booking reservations and upselling additional services.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge about the hotel and its offerings.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Requirements:
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali (verbal and written).
