Multihead Operator
Job Description
• Operate multihead embroidery machines to embroider logos, designs, or patterns onto garments and textiles.
• Interpret design files and ensure proper alignment and positioning on the material.
• Verify the accuracy of thread colors and patterns according to customer specifications or production requirements.
• Inspect finished products for stitching accuracy, thread tension, and overall quality.
• Identify and correct errors such as skipped stitches, thread breaks, or misalignments.
• Notify the maintenance team of significant technical issues
• Maintain accurate records of production, including the number of items completed, machine downtime, and material usage.
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines while maintaining quality
Education :
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in embroidery or textiles is a plus.
Prior experience operating multihead embroidery machines such as Tajima, Barudan, or similar brands.

Pay: ?10,914.64 - ?23,639.30 per month
