Job Title: Multi Technician

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Multi Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various technical disciplines and be able to perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks efficiently. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with various equipment and systems.

- Install, inspect, and test new equipment and systems.

- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of all systems.

- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects and assignments.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience as a technician in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or related fields.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

- Good physical condition and ability to lift and carry moderate loads.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call for emergencies.
