a Handling daily room Maintenance(AC,Electrical -Fittings ,Wifi ,Plumbing )
b Preventive Maintenance Knowledge
c Knowledge of Operating Fire Fighting system
10 Competency Required
a Knowledge and skill of handling all electrical fittings and equipment's
b Basic Knowledge of Plumbing
11 Personal Attributes
a Positive Attitude
b Adaptability to environment
12 Industry Preferred -Hospitality
13 CTC to be offered- 18000 in hand salary
